The invention further provides methods to their preparation, to their medical use, in particular to their use in the treatment and management of diseases or disorders including Cystic fibrosis and related disorders. La présente invention concerne des composés hétérocycliques de formule (I) (I) dans laquelle toutes les variables sont telles que définies dans la description; qui sont capable de moduler l'activité de CFTR. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication des composés selon l'invention et leurs utilisations thérapeutiques.
