La présente invention concerne un ensemble filtre pour capturer de l'ADN environnemental (ADNe), un kit comprenant l'ensemble filtre, un procédé de capture d'ADNe à l'aide de l'ensemble filtre, un procédé d'analyse d'ADNe capturé dans l'ensemble filtre, et un procédé de fourniture de données de biodiversité par analyse de l'ADNe collecté dans l'ensemble filtre.
