The sealed inner cavity contains the consumable item and at least one first portion of the oxygen scavenger. L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une poche, comprenant les étapes suivantes : adhérence d'un éliminateur d'oxygène à un matériau de poche, le matériau de poche étant imperméable au gaz et à l'humidité ; enfermement d'un article consommable à l'intérieur du matériau de poche ; et jonction des extrémités du matériau de poche pour former une cavité interne scellée. La cavité interne scellée contient l'article consommable et au moins une première portion de l'éliminateur d'oxygène.
