Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a dental titanium alloy and a preparation method therefor, pertaining to the technical field of titanium alloy material design and preparation. The titanium alloy has high strength and good plasticity, and the preparation process thereof is simple. The present invention comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.5 wt% to 4.5 wt% of Zr and 0.05 wt% to 0.4 wt% of O, the balance being Ti. A nano-twin structure is present in the alloy. A vacuum melting method is employed to obtain alloy ingots, and the alloy ingots are subjected to homogenizing annealing for thermoplastic deformation in different phase regions, so as to obtain a final shape. The titanium alloy of the present invention has high strength. The tensile strength thereof can reach up to 955 MPa, and has good plasticity, among which the elongation after breaking can reach up to 30%.
