Said epoxidized soybean oil composition comprises an epoxidized plasticizer obtained by means of epoxidation of a plasticizer obtained by means of esterification of an oil acid composition comprising sunflower oil acids. La présente invention concerne une composition d'huile de soja époxydée comprenant de l'huile de soja époxydée et ayant une température de solidification réduite. Ladite composition d'huile de soja époxydée comprend un plastifiant époxydé obtenu par époxydation d'un plastifiant obtenu par estérification d'une composition d'acide gras comprenant des acides d'huile de tournesol.
