Zusammenfassung:	A personalized automatic liquid dispensing machine and a liquid dispensing method. The liquid dispensing machine comprises: a plurality of containers (1), each container (1) being filled with a nursing emulsion; a liquid outlet pipe assembly comprising a plurality of inlets and at least one outlet; a pipeline, which communicates with each container (1) and a corresponding inlet of the liquid outlet pipe assembly; and a plurality of pumps (4) and a plurality of solenoid valves (5) which are each provided on the pipeline between each container (1) and the corresponding inlet of the liquid outlet pipe assembly. A controller is electrically connected to the pumps (4) and the solenoid valves (5). The types and quantities of emulsions are personalized and customized according to different skin needs of different customers. Various emulsions are automatically mixed according to personalized orders, and fully closed processing is achieved during the liquid dispensing process. L'invention concerne une machine de distr
