PROBIOTIC MICROCAPSULE WITH ARABINOXYLAN-SODIUM ALGINATE AS WALL MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed are a probiotic microcapsule with arabinoxylan-sodium alginate as a wall material and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: providing a probiotic bacteria liquid which has been cultured to a logarithm telophase, and providing a mixed solution containing arabinoxylan and sodium alginate and performing sterilization on the mixed solution; uniformly mixing the sterilized mixed solution, probiotic bacteria liquid and laccase and subjecting same to composite gel reaction; and then performing solidification, so as to obtain a probiotic microcapsule with arabinoxylan-sodium alginate as a wall material. The prepared probiotic microcapsule is capable of improving resistance to gastric acid and improving the colonization rate in human intestines, and has good storage stability and a good embedding rate.
