L'invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage d'un flux de gaz de combustion provenant d'un dispositif de combustion (1) comprenant un traitement dudit flux avec un réactif basique de sodium qui a au moins partiellement été pré-calciné, dans lequel : - au moins une partie du flux de gaz de combustion est utilisée pour préchauffer l'air (3); au moins une partie de l'air préchauffé (14) est utilisée pour la pré-calcination du réactif basique de sodium.
