The present application relates to a coding data processing method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining a data frame to be coded; determining a complexity of the data frame to be coded, the complexity being at least used for indicating a space-domain texture complexity and a time-domain movement intensity; obtaining a real-time coding rate, the real-time coding rate being a coding rate of a preamble coded data frame of the data frame to be coded; and adjusting a coding parameter according to the real-time coding rate and the complexity of the data frame to be coded. Because a coding parameter is adjusted according to a real-time coding rate and a complexity, and different real-time coding rates and complexities may correspond to different coding parameters, the coding parameter can be applied to different scenes.
