Des co-cristaux d'agents de co-formation de méloxicam peuvent être préparés par co-cristallisation à partir d'un solvant polaire, tel qu'un sulfoxyde de diméthyle aqueux; ou par des procédés en suspension, par exemple avec de l'acétate d'éthyle.
