Zusammenfassung:	The embodiments of the present invention provide an image processing method and device, and an apparatus. Said method comprises: acquiring row/column index numbers of pixel rows or pixel columns to be projected and corresponding laser projection angles; determining, according to the laser projection angles, a target row/column scanning period corresponding to the row/column index numbers; and sequentially displaying, according to the target row/column scanning period, various pixel points in the pixel rows or pixel columns corresponding to the row/column index numbers. By means of adjusting a target row/column scanning period and a pixel point display period corresponding to various row/column index numbers, corresponding projection starting positions are set for various pixel rows or pixel columns, so that edge alignment of the pixel rows and/or pixel columns of an image can be obtained, and correction of a laser projection image can be achieved simply and effectively.
