Zusammenfassung:A method for preparing a nanoparticle/hydrogel composite for a drug carrier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: forming stabilized lipid-based nanoparticles by irradiating an ultrasonic wave on a mixture of phosphatidylcholine and polysorbate 80 and then mixing a first polymer and freeze-drying same; and forming a lipid-based nanoparticle/hydrogel composite by mixing a second polymer and hyaluronic acid with the lipid-based nanoparticles and freeze-drying same. L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un composite nanoparticule/hydrogel pour un support de médicament selon un mode de réalisation comprenant les étapes consistant à: la formation de nanoparticules à base de lipide stabilisée par irradiation d'une onde ultrasonore sur un mélange de phosphatidylcholine et de polysorbate 80, puis le mélange d'un premier polymère et la lyophilisation de celui-ci ; et la formation d'un composite nanoparticule/hydrogel à base de lipide par mélange d'un second polymère et d'acide hyaluronique avec les nanoparticules à base de lipide et lyophilisation de celles-ci. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 약물담지체용 나노입자/하이드로겔 복합체의 제조방법은 포스파티딜콜린(phosphatidylcholine) 및 폴리소르베이트 80(polysorbate 80)의 혼합물에 초음파를 조사한 후, 제1 폴리머를 혼합하고, 동결건조하여, 안정화된 지질계 나노입자를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 지질계 나노입자에 제2 폴리머 및 하이알루론산(hyaluronic acid)을 혼합하고, 동결건조하여, 지질계 나노입자/하이드로겔 복합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
