The device comprises a shell having an air inlet port and an air outlet port, and a microwave generator for generating a microwave electromagnetic field in the shell; wherein the air inlet port and the air outlet port of the shell are both provided with a catalyst screen plate thereon, and the shell is provided an ultraviolet light lamp tube and a photocatalytic plate therein.
