A black carbon measuring device (500) of the present invention comprises: a main light source (100) provided at the top of the device; a light diffusion unit (700) which transmits light of the main light source (100) to a first chamber (400), a second chamber (410), a third chamber (420) and a fourth chamber (430) provided at the lower end of the device; an external air inlet (200) for introducing external air; an external air outlet (210) through which the introduced air is discharged; a filter (300) for filtering black carbon from the air introduced into the external air inlet (200); the first chamber (400) and the second chamber (410) through which the air passing through the filter (300) circulates and is discharged; and a first detection sensor (600), a second detection sensor (610), a third detection sensor (620) and a fourth detection sensor (630) for measuring in the lower end of the device, the intensity of the light that is generated by the main light source (100) and that has passed through the first to fourth chambers (400, 410, 420, 430).
