The present technology relates to: a solid-state imaging device with which it is possible to contribute to an improvement in the resolution of an outer peripheral section of an image captured with a wide-angle lens; and an electronic apparatus. This solid-state imaging device is provided with a pixel array part in which are disposed a plurality of pixels, the pixel pitch thereof decreasing from the center section to the outer peripheral section thereof. The present technology can be applied to a solid-state imaging device that is suitable for capturing images using a wide-angle lens such as a fish-eye lens that is used, for example, in a 360° camera.
