Disclosed is a mobile device for in-situ water quality remediation and landscaping, comprising a floating bed frame module (100), a floating bed encasing module (120), a floating bed filling module, and an encasing module (170) for planting terrestrial plants. The floating bed frame module (110) and the floating bed filling module are embedded in the floating bed encasing module (120). The floating bed encasing module (120) is provided with a plurality of recesses (123) for planting aquatic plants. The encasing module (170) for planting terrestrial plants is sleeved on an opening edge (1233) of the recesses (123) for planting aquatic plants. The floating bed encasing module (120) has an enclosure member (124), the enclosure member (124) comprising a first enclosure component (1241) and a second enclosure component (1242). The first enclosure component (1241), the opening edge (1233), and a lateral wall (1232) of the recesses (123) for planting aquatic plants define a filling gap for accommodating the floating
