L'invention concerne un additif de mortier de ciment et un procédé de préparation associé, et plus particulièrement : un additif de mortier de ciment permettant de résoudre le problème d'inhomogénéité causé par l'hygroscopicité de l'urée, de sorte à empêcher la détérioration des propriétés physiques du mortier de ciment, et améliorant le temps ouvert, la rétention d'eau, l'ouvrabilité et analogue du mortier de ciment ; et un procédé de préparation dudit additif.
