Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a method for acquiring a cell-free fetal DNA concentration, an acquisition device, a storage medium, and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring sequencing data of a sample under test, wherein the sample under test is obtained from a pregnant mother; establishing a joint probability distribution model of a maternal and fetal genotype, wherein the joint probability distribution model comprises one or more factors affecting a read heterozygosity level, and the read heterozygosity level is a ratio of the number of SNP sites covered by different bases to the total number of SNP sites in the sequencing data; and substituting values for the one or more factors and the acquired value for the heterozygosity level in the joint probability distribution model, performing maximum likelihood estimation on the joint probability distribution model, and obtaining a cell-free fetal DNA concentration.
