Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for producing a site-specifically serine ADP-ribosylated protein or peptide being, comprising: (a) subjecting a protein or peptide comprising or consisting of an amino acid sequence comprising two or more serines, wherein at least one serine is phosphorylated and at least one serine is non-phosphorylated, to a serine ADP-ribosylation reaction. The present invention also relates to a site-specifically serine ADP-ribosylated protein or peptide produced by the method of the invention. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une protéine ou d'un peptide de sérine ADP-ribosylée spécifique à un site, comprenant : (a) la soumission d'une protéine ou d'un peptide comprenant ou constitué d'une séquence d'acides aminés comprenant deux sérines ou plus, au moins une sérine étant phosphorylée et au moins une sérine étant non phosphorylée, à une réaction d'ADP-ribosylation de sérine. La présente invention concerne en outre une protéine ou un peptide de sérine ADP-ribosylée spécifique à un site obtenu(e) par le procédé selon l'invention.
