A cosmetic container according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body part for accommodating liquid contents; a first application member for transferring the contents to an object to which the contents are to be applied; and a second application member provided to encompass the first application member, and provided such that the first application member can be changed to a protruding or depressed state, and thus the contents having been transferred to the object are applied.
