Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing immunity comprising red ginseng extract and sialyllactose as active ingredients. The composition has no cytotoxicity and has an excellent splenocyte proliferation effect and an excellent NK cell activity effect, and thus can be effectively used as an immunity-enhancing composition. La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à stimuler l'immunité, comprenant comme principes actifs un extrait de Panax ginseng traité à la vapeur et séché (dit "ginseng rouge") et du sialyllactose. La composition n'est pas cytotoxique et a un excellent effet sur la prolifération des splénocytes et un excellent effet sur l'activité des cellules NK, et peut de ce fait être utilisée comme composition stimulant l'immunité. 본 발명은 홍삼 추출물 및 시알릴락토스를 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역 증강용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물은 세포 독성이 없고 비장세포 증식 효과 및 NK 세포 활성 효과가 우수하여, 면역 증강용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
