Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a protective cover (1) for vehicle movement comprising: a contact layer (2) comprising a plurality of fibres made of a hydrophobic material, the contact layer (2) being arranged to be laid on at least an external surface of a vehicle; a protection layer (3) comprising at least a laminate made of a plastic material engaged on the contact layer (2); a plurality of welding spots (4) distributed over a surface (la) or over at least a surface portion (1b) of the protective cover, according to a predetermined pattern (5) recurring over the surface (1a), the welding spots (4) structurally stabilising the contact layer (2) and joining the latter to the protection layer (3). The welding spots (4) are distributed according to a percentage of welded area not higher than 17% of the total reference surface (1a) and the pattern (5) of the welding spots (4) defines on the protective cover (1) a plurality of dampening swellings (6). La présente invention concerne un couvercle de protection (1) pour véhicules en mouvement comprenant: une couche de contact (2) comprenant une pluralité de fibres constituées d'un matériau hydrophobe, la couche de contact (2) étant agencée pour être posée sur au moins une surface externe d'un véhicule; une couche de protection (3) comprenant au moins un stratifié constitué d'un matériau plastique en prise sur la couche de contact (2); une pluralité de points de soudure (4) répartis sur une surface (1a) ou sur au moins une partie de surface (1b) du couvercle de protection, selon un motif prédéterminé (5) se répétant sur la surface (1a), les points de soudure (4) stabilisant structurellement la couche de contact (2) et reliant celle-ci à la couche de protection (3). Les points de soudure (4) sont répartis selon un pourcentage de zone de soudure qui n'est pas supérieur à 17% de la surface de référence totale (1a) et le motif (5) des points de soudure (4) définit sur le couvercle de protection (1) une pluralité de renflements d'amortissement (6).
