Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CJBA1 according to an aspect can be used to produce low-molecular-weight γ-PGA, and according to a method for producing γ-PGA using the strain, according to another aspect, low-molecular-weight γ-PGA can be efficiently produced. La présente demande concerne Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CJBA1 et un procédé de production de poly(acide γ-glutamique) (γ-PGA) l'utilisant.
