An excrement occult blood detection device and method, comprising: using a carrier body (10) to accommodate a sampling detection body (20), and after an upper cover area (11) and a clamping area (13) are opened, tearing a protective patch (23) off and attaching same to an adhesive layer (22) by a finger to take the sampling detection body (20) out; sampling an excrement sample from a sampling piece (24) of the sampling detection body (20) in a manner of simple wiping, and enabling the upper cover area (11) and the clamping area (13) of the carrier body (10) to be folded and closed to each other to enclose and isolate the excrement sample; and then enabling a first reagent and a second reagent contained in a first reagent bottle (30) and a second reagent bottle (40) to contact and mix the excrement sample, and detecting whether the excrement sample has occult blood by means of occult blood reaction and color reaction.
