SMART DUMBBELL SYSTEM CAPABLE OF PROVIDING EXERCISE FEEDBACK AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention proposes a smart dumbbell system capable of providing exercise feedback and a control method therefor, wherein the smart dumbbell system comprises a smart dumbbell which includes a dumbbell for strength exercise and a smart exercise feedback unit having a gyroscope sensor disposed inside the handle of the dumbbell, whereby exercise feedback indicating whether a user exercises in the proper posture can be provided on the basis of strength exercise information including the position, speed, and moving direction of the user's strength exercise with the dumbbell, and the user can easily recognize the proper exercise posture and correct his/her exercise posture to the proper posture by a vibration stimulus through the dumbbell exercise feedback.
