SNOWBOARD BINDING COMPRISING A CONTROL PEDAL SUPPORTED BY ARMS ROTATABLE ON THE BEARING SHELL

Disclosed is a snowboard binding comprising a base (1), a bearing shell (3) that is movable about a first rotary pin (A1) supported by the base (1), and a pedal (5) for controlling the bearing shell (3) in a closed position. The bearing shell (3) comprises a shell bottom (13) and two shell sides (12), with respect to which two arms (17) that support the pedal (5) are movable about a second axis of rotation (A2). According to the invention, the arms (17) which support the pedal (5) are mounted so as to free-wheel about the second axis of rotation (A2) or are connected to the base (1) in such a way that the arms can move forward or backward combined with a rotational movement about the second axis of rotation (A2). The arms (17) can be articulated to the base (1) by connecting rods (21) or by an oblong guide and a pin housed in the oblong guide, one of the two parts being arranged on the arms (17) and the other one on the base (1). A boot stop can be formed in the shell bottom (13) by a hinge which extends along the first axis of rotation (A1) and which comprises a bearing (61) supported by the shell bottom (13) and a pin (57) supported by the base (1) and housed in the bearing (61). Une butée de chaussage peut être formée dans le fond-de-coque (13) par une charnière suivant le premier axe de rotation (A1), comprenant un palier (61) porté par le fond-de-coque (13) et un axe (57) porté par l'embase (1) et reçu dans le palier (61).
