Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a catalyst material, comprising the steps of: providing a body having an open-porous foam structure and comprising at least a first metal or alloy; providing particles, each of which particles comprising at least a second metal or alloy; distributing the particles on the body; forming a structural connection between each of at least a subset of the particles and the body; and forming an oxide film on at least the subset of the particles and the body, wherein the oxide film has a catalytically active surface. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau catalyseur, comprenant les étapes consistant à: fournir un corps ayant une structure en mousse à pores ouverts et comprenant au moins un premier métal ou alliage; fournir des particules, chacune de ces particules comprenant au moins un second métal ou alliage; distribuer les particules sur le corps; former une connexion structurelle entre chacun d'au moins un sous-ensemble des particules et du corps; et former un film d'oxyde sur au moins le sous-ensemble des particules et du corps, le film d'oxyde ayant une surface catalytiquement active.
