Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a device and a method for proliferating a stem cell, and a system and a method for continuously proliferating, extracting, and separating a stem cell. A stem cell proliferation device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a proliferation pipe in which a stem cell is proliferated, and which comprises a helical pipe part formed in a helical shape, a first extended pipe part extending from one end of the helical pipe part so as to receive a stem cell extracted from the outside and a proliferation medium for the proliferation of the stem cell, and a second extended pipe part extending from the other end of the helical pipe part so as to supply the proliferated stem cell to the outside; a medium supply unit for supplying the proliferation medium to the proliferation pipe; a first opening/closing unit for selectively connecting/separating the first extended pipe part to/from a first supply pipe for supplying the extracted stem cell to the proliferation pipe; a second opening/closing unit for selectively connecting/separating the second extended pipe part to/from a second supply pipe for supplying the stem cell proliferated in the proliferation pipe; and a rotation-driving unit for rotating the proliferation pipe, wherein, when the extracted stem cell and the proliferation medium are supplied to the helical pipe part, the proliferation pipe is rotated by the rotation-driving unit in the state in which the first extended pipe part and the second extended pipe part are separated from the first supply pipe and the second supply pipe by the first opening/closing unit and the second opening/closing unit, respectively.
