Zusammenfassung:	A method for signing an electronic contract, comprising the following steps: in response to a user's command, sending the electronic contract comprising a signature authentication interface to a user; receiving a signature of the user on the signature authentication interface, and generating the signature into the electronic contract; acquiring a time stamp associated with the electronic contract, and associating the time stamp with the electronic contract; and encrypting the electronic contract that comprises the signature and is associated with the time stamp through a preset encryption rule. The method is applied to the house leasing field, on the basis of the electronic signing contract, the method of the time stamp and encryption can ensure the anti-tampering feature of the electronic contact and the legal effect of online signing.
