Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a tire building method, in particular for strip- winding, comprising the step of: - providing a choice between a production mode for building a tire component and a test mode for obtaining test measurements, wherein the choice is provided prior to executing the test mode; wherein at least one or more building parameters is set prior to the building of the tire component based on test measurements performed on a test strip (T) during the test mode. The invention further relates to a tyre building system comprising a measurement tool. L'invention concerne un procédé de construction de pneu, en particulier pour l'enroulement de bande, comprenant l'étape de : - fourniture d'un choix entre un mode de production pour construire un composant de pneumatique et un mode de test pour obtenir des mesures de test, le choix étant fourni avant l'exécution du mode de test ; au moins un ou plusieurs paramètres de construction étant définis avant la construction du composant de pneumatique basée sur les mesures de test effectuées sur une bande de test (T) durant le mode de test. L'invention concerne en outre un système de construction de pneu comprenant un outil de mesure.
