SOIL MODIFICATION METHOD, SOIL MODIFICATION MATERIAL, AND USE THEREOF

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a soil modification material which, when applied to soil, can modify the soil and facilitate plant growth; a method for soil modification using the same; and a use of said soil modification material. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide: a soil modification material that can reduce the impact on plant growth of climate changes such as increase in temperature and decrease in precipitation; a method for soil modification using the same; and a use of said soil modification material. The present invention is a soil modification method in which a soil modification material constituted of sintered diatomaceous earth having a particle diameter of 20-2,000 μm is buried or laid around a plant.
