Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a multifunctional anti-tumor compound medicine and the use thereof, wherein the composition of the anti-tumor compound medicine includes an agonist of the innate immune pathway (STING) and an inhibitor of a phosphodiesterase, ENPP1. STING and ENPP1 are both located on the endoplasmic reticulum membrane, and the activator and agonist of STING are the hydrolysis substrates of ENPP1. The compound anti-tumor medicine has better tumor-combating efficacies than a natural immune agonist alone.
L'invention concerne un médicament composé antitumoral multifonctionnel et son utilisation, ladite composition comprenant un agoniste de la voie immunitaire innée (STING) et un inhibiteur d'une phosphodiestérase (ENPP1).
