Zusammenfassung:	A composite carbon material, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The composite carbon material comprises a graphite crystalline phase and an amorphous carbon phase. The ratio I002/Iamor of the peak intensity I002 of the plane (002) of the graphite crystal phase measured by XRD to the peak intensity Iamor of the amorphous carbon phase is 0.1 to 40, and the content of the graphite crystalline phase is not less than 5% by weight. The preparation method for the composite carbon material comprises: 1) multistage mixing; and 2) oxidation carbonation or molding carbonation. In addition, the composite carbon material can be used as a heat-dissipation material and the negative electrode material of a lithium-ion battery.
