Zusammenfassung: | Provided is an ultrasonic-and-annealing-assisted laser cladding device for a composite coating, the device comprising a laser, a precoated layer (4), a base body, an ultrasonic vibrator (6) and a heat treatment furnace (1), wherein a laser head (5) of the laser acts on the precoated layer (4); the precoated layer (4) is placed on a base body (3); both the base body (3) and the precoated layer (4) are arranged in the heat treatment furnace (1); the base body (3) is placed on a workbench of the heat treatment furnace (1); and the ultrasonic vibrator (6) is aligned with the precoated layer (4) and the base body (3). An ultrasonic-and-annealing-assisted laser cladding method for a composite coating and a high-temperature-resistant and heat-shock-resistant ceramic coating are further disclosed.
