Provided is a motor assembly having increased suction by improving a coupling structure, a method for manufacturing same, and a cleaner comprising same. The motor assembly comprises: a stator; a rotor configured to rotate with a shaft at the center by interacting electromagnetically with the stator; an impeller coupled to the rotor so as to rotate with the shaft at the center together with the rotor and provided to suck air according to rotation; a housing for covering between the impeller and the stator by coupling to the stator; a cover having an inlet through which air sucked by the impeller is introduced, and provided to cover the impeller; a guide member which guides air discharged from the impeller and is configured to be coupled to the housing; and a plurality of first vanes protruding from one of the cover and the guide member in the direction of the shaft and coupled to the other one of the cover and the guide member, wherein the cover and the guide member, when not coupled to the housing, are configured to be movable in the direction of the shaft, the cover comprises a contact part which comes in contact with the impeller according to the position of the cover, and the contact part can be spaced apart from the impeller when the guide member is coupled to the housing.
