METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING EVENTS

A method and system of managing an event record for a record management system, the method and system including creating an event recording a database, generating a task associated with the event record, presenting a list of contacts for selection, sending an invitation to a contact from the list of contacts, reviewing a reply from the contact, generating a label for the contact;and sending a notification when the contact is present at the event, where the list of contacts is generated based on a client record database. La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de gestion d'un enregistrement d'évènement destiné à un système de gestion d'enregistrement, le procédé et un système consistant : à créer un évènement enregistrant une base de données, à générer une tâche associée à l'enregistrement d'évènement, à présenter une liste de contacts pour une sélection, à envoyer une invitation à un contact à partir de la liste de contacts, à visualiser à nouveau une réponse émanant du contact, à générer une étiquette pour le contact ; et à envoyer une notification lorsque le contact est présent à l'évènement, la liste de contacts étant générée sur la base d'une base de données d'enregistrement de client.
