The present invention relates to a cutting tool storage box that is divided into a shank container in which a cutting tool shank is inserted and a bit body container fitted onto a cutting tool bit body, wherein the bit body container is rotated so as to match with the shank container in a state in which the bit body container and the shank container alternately come in contact with each other, and thus the shank is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the shank container when the shank container and the bit body container are fixed. To this end, the present invention relates to a cutting tool storage box having a shank container into which the cutting tool shank is inserted and having a bit body container fitted onto the cutting tool bit body, wherein bit body container has a lower end overlapped and coupled onto the upper end of the shank container, the cutting tool storage box comprising: an extended tube, provided at the upper end of the shank container, for encompassing the shank; a sleeve rotatably fitted onto the extended tube and having an outer peripheral surface into which the lower end of the bit body container is inserted; and protrusions and recesses overlapped with each other and formed on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve and the outer peripheral surface of the extended tube, wherein the protrusions and the recesses are misaligned during holding of the bit body container and rotating of the shank container, and thus the sleeve widens outward such that the bit body container is fixed and the extended tube narrows inwards such the shank is fixed.
