La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de formes oligomères d'acide caféique dans la préparation d'une composition alimentaire, nutritive, nutraceutique et/ou de boisson à libération d'énergie durable fournissant simultanément une protection de tissu maximale par neutralisation d'un large spectre de radicaux libres associés à des réactions métaboliques consommant de l'énergie.
