This exhaust pipe 2 is for passing exhaust gas generated by a vehicle engine 1, and is provided with: a cylindrical outer pipe 21; a rotatable cylindrical inner pipe 22 on the inner surface side of the outer pipe 21; and a rotating body 23 that is provided to the inner surface of the inner pipe 22, has a plurality of recesses 231 and protrusions 232 forming spaces between the rotating body and the inner surface of the inner pipe 22, and is rotated by the flow of exhaust gas within the plurality of recesses 231.
