An apparatus for transmission power control based on a neural network according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a neural network which learns the optimal transmission power by inputting a channel gain matrix; and a control unit for controlling the transmission power on the basis of channel status information. L'invention concerne un appareil destiné à commander la puissance d'émission d'un terminal d'émission dans un système de communication sans fil (WCS).
