WATER PURIFICATION SEMICONDUCTOR FILTER AND WATER PURIFICATION APPARATUS USING SAME

Disclosed are a water purification semiconductor filter and a water purification apparatus using same. The water purification semiconductor filter according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a semiconductor substrate having a thin plate structure and including a plurality of window cells formed in a lattice pattern, wherein each of the window cells formed in the semiconductor substrate comprises: windows extending through the semiconductor substrate; and a porous membrane which has a plurality of micro-holes for allowing water to pass therethrough and blocking foreign matter contained in the water and having a predetermined size or greater, and is laminated on the semiconductor substrate to cover openings of the windows, whereby the water purification apparatus can be reduced in size, weight, and thickness while the service life and water purification efficiency of the filter can be improved.
