In one embodiment, the medical image apparatus can overlay a stencil on a real-time medical image of a subject, determine a figure of merit on the basis of a degree of matching between the stencil and the real-time medical image, and provide the figure of merit to a user as feedback. L'invention concerne un appareil d'images médicales pour acquérir des images-guide à pochoir pour des applications cliniques optimisées, et son procédé de fonctionnement.
