Zusammenfassung:	A device for regulating biorhythm in a human body, comprising a frame (16), a control unit (11), a modulation unit (10), a light-emitting unit (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8), and an information security unit (12). The frame (16) is used as a mounting carrier of the units. The control unit (11) outputs a control signal to the modulation unit (10). The modulation unit (10) uses the control signal output by the control unit (11) as a modulation signal for modulating a drive waveform generated by the modulation unit (10) to obtain a modulated drive signal. The light-emitting unit (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) receives the modulated drive signal, emits according to same, and projects the emitted light to a non-visual area of a pupil of a user wearing the frame. The information security unit (12) is connected to the control unit (11).
