La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'exprimer et de purifier des protéines CRM197 insolubles. La présente invention permet de solubiliser un corps d'inclusion de protéine CRM197 à l'aide d'un agent de solubilisation non modifié pour ainsi produire une protéine CRM197 active avec un rendement élevé. 본 발명은 CRM197의 불용성 단백질 발현 및 정제 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 비변성 가용화제를 이용하여 CRM197 단백질 봉입체를 가용화함으로써, 높은 수율로 활성형인 CRM197 단백질을 생산할 수 있다.
