Embodiments of methods for preparing the topical formulations are also disclosed. The disclosed formulations are suitable for the treatment of dermatologic conditions such as atopic dermatitis. L'invention concerne, selon certains modes de réalisation, des formulations topiques destinées à l'administration de cerdulatinib ou d'un sel, d'un hydrate ou d'un solvate pharmaceutiquement acceptable correspondant. Selon des modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne en outre des procédés de préparation des formulations topiques.
