SILICON CARBIDE POROUS CERAMIC MATERIAL HAVING HIGH GAS PERMEABILITY, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to the field of porous ceramic preparations, and provides a silicon carbide porous ceramic material having a high gas permeability, and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises: mixing and configuring silicon carbide mixed powder by means of a dry method, adding an adhesive of polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution to the mixed powder, and preparing the silicon carbide porous ceramic material having the high gas permeability by means of high speed stirring, vibration screening and granulation, vibration packing, isostatic cold pressing, drying, and programmed warming and sintering. The composition of raw materials in percentage by mass during the preparation process is: carbon powder: 5-15%, ceramic fiber: 2-10%, polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution: 3-8%, and the remaining raw materials are silicon carbide.
