La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse chimique d'un acide lobarique et quatre analogues de celui-ci, qui sont cinq métabolites de lichen phénolique isolés à partir d'un extrait de lichen antarctique de Stereocaulon alpinum et inhibent de manière sélective PTP1B ; le procédé selon l'invention est un procédé simple, économique et efficace. 본 발명은 남극 지의류인 스테레오카울론 알피넘(Stereocaulon alpinum) 추출물에서 분리된 5개의 페놀성 지의류 대사산물로서, PTP1B을 선택적으로 저해하는 로바릭산의 4가지 유사체를 간단하고 경제적이며 효율적인 화학합성방법으로 합성할 수 있다.
