An outer tube wall between two adjacent first notches (210) forms an expanding portion (220). An end of the first notch (210) is provided with a first position-limiting plate (230) extending along an axial direction of the outer tube (20). A second notch (110) is provided on the inner tube (10). An inner tube wall between two adjacent second notches (110) forms a first supporting portion (120). The position of the first supporting portion (120) corresponds to the position of the first notch (210).
