Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a solid dispersion comprising: fimasartan, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate or solvate thereof; and a pharmaceutically acceptable substrate. The solid dispersion according to the present invention increases the solubility of fimasartan and increases the elution thereof and thereby improves the bioavailability thereof. La présente invention concerne une dispersion solide comprenant : du fimasartan, un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci ou un hydrate ou un solvate de celui-ci ; et un substrat pharmaceutiquement acceptable. La dispersion solide selon la présente invention augmente la solubilité du fimasartan, augmente son élution et améliore ainsi sa biodisponibilité. 본 발명은 피마살탄(fimasartan), 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염, 이의 수화물 또는 용매화물; 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 기질을 포함하는 고체 분산체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고체 분산체는 피마살탄의 용해도를 증가시키고, 용출을 증가시켜 생체 이용률을 개선시킨다.
