The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention increases the solubility of fimasartan and increases the elution thereof and thereby improves the bioavailability thereof.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique permettant de prévenir ou de traiter une maladie liée au récepteur de l'angiotensine 2, comprenant : du fimasartan, un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, ou un hydrate ou un solvate de celui-ci ; et un polymère soluble. La composition pharmaceutique selon la présente invention augmente la solubilité du fimasartan et augmente son élution et améliore ainsi sa biodisponibilité.
